Downtown Canton hums with an amaZING symphony of sounds on May 30

Calling all kids – and all you “kids at heart”– for family-friendly fun in the city! Come downtown on Saturday,May 30, for magnificent music and movies under the stars at Zing in the City! This FREE spectacular summer symphony performance is sure to delight your senses!

 

Prepare to take an amaZING Cinematic Adventure with the Canton Symphony Orchestra under the direction of assistant conductor,Matthew Brown! You’ll be entertained with music themes from popular motion pictures, while trailers from the movies play on a pair of jumbo movie screens. Need a snack? Theatre style concessions snacks will be on sale for munching.

 

The Cinematic Adventure begins at 8:30 p.m.and a dazzling array of pyrotechnic magic kicks off at 10:30 p.m. Bring the little ones down early from 5 to 8 p.m. to engage in some planned creative arts and crafts activities, including FREE make & take projects. Stroll along “artist’s row”and check out the wares of local artisans and roam among in-crowd entertainment – from clowns to magicians and everywhere in between – all planned for 6 to 8 p.m.
