Employee Free Choice Act threatens employee privacy

Your Chamber has serious concerns about pending Federal legislation known as the Employee Free Choice Act, commonly referred to as “Card Check.” If enacted, this would impact employers of all sizes and the privacy of their employees.

 

Recently, the Chamber’s board of directors took a formal position against this issue.We also urge you to convey your views to our elected officials, and to share information about this detrimental issue with your employees or colleagues.
