Arrington is the general manager for the Office of Highway and Motor Carrier (HMC) Programs under TSA’s Transportation Sector Network Management. His responsibility is massive – he’s accountable for more than 600,000 bridges, 3,700 bus companies, 775 million annual motorcoach passengers and 1.2 million motor carriers!
Join us for the CEO Breakfast where Arrington will share what the TSA is doing to secure the highway mode and the landscape of stakeholders for HMC, as well as the main areas of focus: assessments, security plans, training, exercises and information sharing. Arrington will cover topics such as Congressional requirements, assessment tools, security planning and guidance, training modules, exercise opportunities, information sharing and finally, where HMC is headed in the future.
