First Friday warms up downtown through the winter months with lots of activities and a great line up of events! Always something new to see, this FREE event brings downtown to life every first Friday of the month. Celebrate art, music, entertainment and more downtown – and bring your scarf and mittens!
January 2: Ice-O-Rama
A spectacular event with world-class ice carving demonstrations, open-skating at the ice rink, and all the fun of wintertime activities. Join us for live entertainment, delicious foods and of course, incredible local art!
February 6: Kimono as Art Kick-Off
To herald in the coming of the spectacular international exhibit, First Friday will be a Kimono as Art themed event with celebration of the incredible international exhibit in Canton.
March 6: Do you Believe?
Art is a growing part of t he downtown flavor! Come celebrate the creativity and dedication of local artists working in Stark County.
April 3: Art is Alive
The Art is Alive event is a hallmark of Canton creativity! The entertaining two-day art event has been an artistic staple since 1992! Cruise around the Arts District on the trolley and check out this Cultural Center event as part of First Friday.
