Aultman Hospital is one of the first hospitals in the county to operate an automated inpatient pharmacy system that covers everything from medication storage, physician ordering and patient delivery to dispensing and restocking. The state-of-the-art automation technology is based on bar coding, which ensures accuracy, enhances operational efficiencies and improves patient safety through all stages of the health care continuum.The $5.7 million investment yields about 6,500 medication doses dispensed each day, equating to more than 12.5 million a year.

Miles Riley has joined Whitemyer Advertising in Zoar as an Account Executive, responsible for working with clients to create and execute effective marketing communications programs. Abby Anderson has been promoted to Media Strategist. Sarah J.Yost has been promoted to the position of senior accountant at the CPA and management-consulting firm,Hall, Kistler & Company LLP. After interning at Hall, Kistler & Company LLP in the spring of 2005,Yost graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Mount Union College and was hired on as a full time staff accountant.
