Leadership Stark County’s annual Encounter Bus Tour is departing on Thursday, Oct. 13. The one-day, deluxe motorcoach tour of Stark County offers new residents and established professionals a unique view of the assets, businesses and resources in Stark County.
Thirty-nine area leaders have been selected for the 25th Signature Program Class of Leadership Stark County (a department of the Canton Regional Chamber). The 25th Class is an extraordinary representation of this region. Selected participants represent the diversity that exists in Stark County’s cities, villages, schools, non-profit organizations and businesses.
The 2011-2012 Board of Trustees for Leadership Stark County, a department of the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce, has recently been elected.
Leadership Stark County is seeking applicants for its Government Leadership Academy. The Government Leadership Academy offers elected officials, appointed officials and aspiring candidates leadership development skills and education about local and regional government.
